No, and that's on purpose. Send an inquiry and the owner will reach out to talk through dates, pricing, and the lease. We don't take payment on this website.
What is the minimum stay?
The minimum stay is 30 nights. The home is set up for medium- and long-term stays, from one month to a year or more.
What does "fully furnished" include?
Everything you need to live there from day one: furniture, a fully equipped kitchen, linens and towels, a washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, and a place to work. Bring your suitcase and your groceries.
How far is Evergreen from Denver?
Downtown Denver is about 40 minutes by car, and Denver International Airport is about an hour. Red Rocks is about 25 minutes away.
What is winter like in the mountains?
Evergreen gets real winter weather, so a vehicle with all-wheel drive or good snow tires is a smart choice from about October through April. Snowy days are part of the charm: quiet, bright, and beautiful.
